About Me

I qualified with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of the Pretoria. My training as a student psychologist was grounded in the Psychoanalytical Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy framework in working with children, adolescents, adults and families. This was followed by intensive training and exposure in Family Systems and Interactional Pattern Analysis.

I believe that we are all naturally dynamic. From the very moment of conception, we move towards the direction of change, growth and well-being. Our environment (the nature and quality of relationships around us) has potential to encourage and/or stifle the movement towards growth.
